Reply from Meridian Grooming 19 Sept 2023 I don’t have enough hair growth to try this product twice within a 30 days period so your return policy, again, like your company, is extremely predatory. Your return policy goes against the three month customer rights that I have for a product that is faulty. It’s not that it doesn’t cut it short, it’s that it doesn’t cut it at all unless I go through it a minimum of 10 times. You keep on changing what my issue is, which is that IT DOESN’T CUT THE HAIR. You don’t have to explain what your trimmer does, it’s a trimmer, I get it. My hair doesn’t grow that quickly so here I am stuck with this horrible product just because I wanted to give it a second chance.

The only reason it took me more than 30 days to send it back is because I wanted to give it a second chance. So be prepared to waste £100 for absolutely nothing. I contacted customer service and apparently I can’t do anything about it because it’s been more than 30 days (it’s been 38) and it’s opened. It doesn’t cut the hair, so you have to go through the same area at least 10 times to get close to even cutting a hair.
